On Tuesday 30 April, during World Immunisation Week, the APPG hosted a private roundtable for APPG members and the Department for International Development (DFID) Global Funds Team. The Global Funds Team are responsible for the overseeing DFID’s work with Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI).
Daniel Graymore, Head of the Global Funds Team, and his colleagues, discussed with seven APPG members the upcoming replenishments of both organisations, transitions away from support and the challenge of increasing confidence in vaccines globally.
